Sharp LC32SV29U

The Sharp LC32SV29U is a low-range offering of a 32 inch 720p HDTV. There was nothing special about the styling of this HDTV, it is your standard looking TV, black in color. The LC32SV29U weighs about 24 and a half pounds which is per usual for this size HDTV. It feels very solidly built, I have always found sharp products to be very high in build quality and the LC32SV29U is no exception. The setup was ridiculously easy, there are plenty of connections and the picture quality is good right out of the box.

Samsung UN65D8000

The new Samsung UN65D8000 65-inch is currently flying of store’s shelves at a high rate. the new HDTV has all the bells and whistles possible. It is 1080p at 240hz and it is a 3D LED. The picture is one of the best I’ve seen so far from a HDTV it isn’t hard to calibrate it, even for normal home users, but the hardcore enthusiast or perfectionist will find joy in it’s
numerous settings to tinker with. The look of the TV is very modern it has a 2″ brushed chrome frame, so it will go nicely with any modern decor. The 65″ is made to go in a larger room like a living room or family room, and it looks great mounted flush against a wall.

LG 55LV4400

The LG 55LV4400 is full HD at 1080p and has TruMotion 120hz technology which is good for high paced sports and action movies. It removes almost all motion blur, and it also works great with video games as well. It has
a great picture for a mid range TV, has great clarity and if you are a sports fan this is a great HDTV for you. The TV is 55 inches, so would go great in living and family rooms.

Sony DVP-FX970

The Sony DVP-FX970 Portable DVD Player has a 9-inch screen, which is high resolution and you can swivel it 180 degrees or flip the screen. It is in widescreen format and is a LCD screen. The DVP-FX970 has a really nice picture for a portable dvd player, it was pleasantly surprising to see the great picture on the 9-inch widescreen. The swivel and flip screen features are very convenient and you will probably use them more than you may realize.

Sony DVP-SR500H

If you are looking for a nice upscaling DVD player the Sony DVP-SR500H is a great choice for many reasons. The DVD player will upscale your standard definition DVD’s to near HD quality. It is a very simple DVD player, but plays a wide array of discs and does have HDMI output, which is needed for upscaling your DVD’s to near 1080p quality. The player uses Sony’s precision drive 3 system, which is a great and useful feature.

DSC-HX9V review

Sony’s Cybershot DSC-HX9V is blending the lines between a compact camera and a DSLR. Sony has always made top of the line cameras, and the DSC-HX9V is the at the top of the Cybershot line. It was a pure joy to play with and review the DSC-HX9V. I am definitely glad I got my hands on the Sony Camera and was asked to write this DSC-HX9V review. Not only is this camera compact, priced extremely well, the out of the box image quality is unbeatable. You can always adjust any camera controls that you need to, but you only really need to if you are extremely controlling about your images.

Kindle Fire Review

Amazon hit a home run with the kindle series from the very start, and the new line of kindle products are set to be just as revolutionary as the very first. With the release of the new Kindle Fire, the Kindle is not just about books any more. Sure, you can still read books, but now you can watch your favorite TV shows, Movies, listen to your music, play your favorite games, read your PDF documents and more. Who knew the new kindle fire would be a great and less costing alternative to Apple’s IPAD?

Garmin nüvi 1490LMT Review

The main difference with the Garmin nüvi 1490LMT than any other GPS units in its product line is its 5 inch touchscreen. The screen is a backlit 480 x 272 WQVGA. Garmin has been really working on their touchscreens in the recent year and they are becoming really responsive, bright and clear. If you are coming from a 3.5 inch GPS you are going to really love the screen. This GPS weighs only one pound and as with any Garmin GPS is very sturdy, I have many Garmin’s from over the years and my oldest one is still alive and kicking, these can take a pretty good beating and still survive.

Motorola Roadster tz700 Review

The Motorola Roadster tz700 is a Bluetooth speakerphone device that clips to your cars visor. I know you have seen those people on the road driving horribly because they are on the phone, and Motorola Roadster fixes that, and makes you and other people on the road safer. Motorola has a good record with Bluetooth devices, so they have great experience manufacturing quality devices. Motorola Roadster tz700 feels solid and well built and it fasten securely to my visor without a problem.

Logitech Squeezebox Radio Review

I have a pretty good music collection on my computers, but I am not always at my computer when I want to listen to music so I got a couple of these Logitech Squeezebox Radio throughout my house. It comes in either red or black, and the Logitech Squeezebox is bit smaller in size than it looks in the pictures. The interface and buttons are dead simple to use, I had no problem navigating around after unboxing it.
